Terms of Use

Kewbuilt LLC — kewbuilt.com and the Kewbuilt demonstration line

Effective date: November 4, 2026. Version 2.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website kewbuilt.com (the “Site”) and the Kewbuilt demonstration phone line (the “Demo Line”), both operated by Kewbuilt LLC, a California limited liability company, 2108 N Street, Suite N, Sacramento, California 95816 (“Kewbuilt,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or calling the Demo Line, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. The Site and the Demo Line are for business use by adults.

Paying clients are governed by a separate contract. The service itself — the receptionist we build and run for a business — is provided under the Kewbuilt Client Service Agreement, which a business accepts at signup. If these Terms and the Client Service Agreement conflict, the Client Service Agreement controls for that business.

1. The Demo Line

The Demo Line is a live sample of our AI receptionist. It exists so that businesses can hear how the receptionist handles calls before signing up.

2. The Site

3. No warranties

THE SITE AND THE DEMO LINE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not promise that the Site or the Demo Line will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEWBUILT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE DEMO LINE, AND KEWBUILT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE DEMO LINE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law (California Civil Code § 1668). A business’s rights and remedies for the paid service are stated in the Client Service Agreement, not here.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Site and the Demo Line, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts; venue within California is as California law provides. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Any claim relating to the Site or the Demo Line must be brought within one year after it arises.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or the Demo Line after that date is acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes apply only going forward and do not apply to any dispute that arose before the change.

8. General

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and (for clients) the Client Service Agreement are the entire agreement about their subject. Headings are for convenience; “including” means “including without limitation”; these Terms will not be construed against either party as drafter. Kewbuilt may provide services to any business, including competitors of businesses that use the Site or the Demo Line.
